SBPS Announces Transition to Cashless System for Athletic Events Starting in 2026–2027
Scottsbluff Public Schools will implement a cashless system for all events beginning with the 2026–2027 school year. This change is intended to improve safety and provide greater convenience for both event attendees and workers. All admissions and concessions at Scottsbluff High School and Bluffs Middle School home events, regardless of location, will operate as cashless transactions.
Why Go Cashless?
Moving to a cashless system creates a safer environment for volunteers and staff by reducing the need to handle large amounts of cash. It also offers added convenience for parents, students, and community members by allowing tickets to be purchased online anytime, anywhere. The digital system will also help streamline event entry and reduce wait times at admission gates.
How It Works
Full-year activity passes for individuals and families will continue to provide the best value for those who attend multiple events. Activity passes and single-game tickets for all Scottsbluff High School and Bluffs Middle School athletic events can be purchased online through the Bearcat Activities Bound page on the district website or through the Bound mobile app (available on Google Play and the App Store).
After purchase, tickets can be stored on a smartphone or printed for convenience. At the event, attendees simply present the ticket QR code on their phone or printed copy to be scanned at the entrance.
For those who prefer to purchase tickets on site, cashless payment options will be available at admission tables, including credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
We understand that transitioning to a new system may raise questions. Click here to learn more about the Bound ticketing system.
Thank you for your support as we implement this new process, and we look forward to seeing you at upcoming Bearcat events!
