    Welcome Video

pic      Welcome to NE-20181, Scottsbluff High School's Air Force Junior ROTC unit.  Our mission is to develop citizens of character that are dedicated to serving our nation and community.  We instill in our cadets the Air Force's core values of Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence In All We Do.

I entered the Air Force in 1989 through the Reserve Officer Training Corps at the University of Wyoming.  I served as a Minuteman combat crew commander, senior combat crew evaluator and ICBM flight test officer. I retired as Deputy Commander of the 341st Missile Wing Operations Group. I led operations in support of the wing's 150 Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles, 15 missile alert facilities and over 500 Airmen who contribute to the 24-hour-a-day nuclear mission.  I recieved my Master of Education Administration degree from South Dakota State University and my Masters of Military Operations and Science from Air University at Maxwell AFB, Alabama.

I have been married to my beautiful wife Brenda for 30 years and have three wonderful children, Beau, Haley and Sydney.
