I am returning to SBPS after taking a short leave of absence to raise my daughter.  During my absence I was busy with coaching girls tennis and subbing within the district.  I am really excited about working with many of the students that I have subbed for over the years.  I am a native of Morrill, Nebraska and after graduating high school I attending the University of Nebraska-Kearney.  I graduated in 2003 with my Bachelors of Science in Education.  After graduation I worked as a para-educator at Horizon Middle School in Kearney for 3 1/2 years before I began teaching science at Kearney Catholic.  Family brought us out west again where I began teaching at SHS for three years before transferring to Bluffs Middle School to teach 8th grade science for two years.  I am really grateful for all of the amazing teachers who shaped me into the teacher I am today.
