Greetings Kindergartners, Families, & Friends!

I am so excited to teach at the best school around-- Roosevelt Elementary! This will be my first year teaching Kindergarten at Roosevelt. Last year, I taught 1st grade and this is my 14th year teaching. My teaching career began in Missouri where I taught kindergarten for 9 years. I moved to Scottsbluff from Columbia, Missouri over 4 years ago with my significant other, Justin and several fur-babies--Alice, Bobee, Harley (our pups) and Cleo and Bailey (our kitties). It was one of the greatest decisions I have made. Scottsbluff is a great community and Roosevelt is a phenomenal school. Justin and I have 2 daughters, Olivia is 2 1/2 and Isabella is 1 year old.

My education took place in Missouri where I attended the University of Missouri-Columbia. I earned a B.S. in Psychology and a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction. I have endorsements in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and English Language Learning. Basically, I love to learn as much as I love to teach!!

Kindergarten is awesome! It is going to be the best year yet. I am thrilled at the opportunity to teach fantastic learners. I look forward to the learning, teaching, and growing that will take place in 2018-2019.
