The Human Resources Department is dedicated to supporting the growth and operational excellence of Scottsbluff Public Schools. As the Executive Director of Human Resources, my primary focus is to foster a culture of collaboration and strengthen current practices to support all employees throughout the district. We are committed to establishing open lines of communication, promoting transparency, and cultivating strong collaborative partnerships with educators, staff, and community stakeholders.
