SBPS Kicks off Every Day Matters Attendance Campaign, September is Declared Student Attendance Month
This year, September 2021 was declared "School Attendance Month" in Scottsbluff after the Scottsbluff City Council and the Scottsbluff Board of Education passed motions to support efforts to keep students in school and engaged with learning. At their respective meetings held on August 30, 2021, the Scottsbluff City Council and the Scottsbluff Board of Education will read a proclamation designating September 2021 as Student Attendance Month in Scottsbluff.

SHS Partners with area Businesses for New Diesel Tech Program
Scottsbluff High School launched an exciting new program in January of 2021. Thanks to the overwhelming support of Aulick Industries and other local partners, SHS students participated in a pilot Diesel Tech program, the first of its kind in Nebraska. Partners in this joint venture include; Aulick Industries, 21st Century Equipment, Floyd’s Truck Center, Inland Truck Parts and Service, Murphy Tractor and Equipment Co., and Nebraska

SBPS Kicks off Elementary Modernization project beginning with Roosevelt
Roosevelt Elementary was the first school to undergo modernization receiving a building-wide refresh with enhancements such as new furniture, a new gym floor, new paint, updated lighting and new classroom technology.
