Before a student enters Scottsbluff Public Schools for the first time, enters kindergarten, or seventh grade, they must have a completed physical examination by a doctor.
Student athletes must also have a physical examination done by a doctor every year in order to participate in athletics. Here is a link to the current physical form.
Sports physicals on file for the 2019-2020 school year for any current 9-11 grade students will be valid for the 2020-2021 school year. All incoming freshmen will still be required to provide sports physical paperwork that is dated no earlier than May 1, 2020.
The physicals that incoming 8th graders have on file for the 2019-2020 school year can be used for activities for the 2020-2021 school year. All incoming 7th graders will require a physical.
