Intermediate Weights

  • This course is designed to teach emerging or experienced weight lifters proper technique as well as increasing muscular strength.  Students will specifically in the areas of cardiovascular, agility, and weight training.  This class is designed for athletes or non athletes who have successfully completed the beginning weights class.   Grades 9-12.
