About Us...

The SHS Booster Club was organized in 1980 and since has been striving to promote and enhance school activities and athletics.  Good sportsmanship and community support are encouraged through the club.  The club works to engage in projects that exemplify this purpose.  In addition to school activity sponsorship, each year the club recognizes several graduating seniors with scholarships.

The booster club coordinates and promotes events throughout the year to keep with the mission of the booster club.  Activities include the kick off picnic, tailgates held prior to the home football games, chili feeds in conjunction with parent teacher conferences, working with DECA to coordinate, market and sell apparel and spirit items, and the annual pancake feed held in the spring.  Over the last three years the booster club has assisted with The Andy Pepler Memorial Golf Tournament with the monies all going to the booster club and high school athletics with this years total proceeds being $16,000..  On December 31, 2007 we will hold our 3rd annual New Years Eve Reverse Raffle Gala.  This New Years Eve event has profited over $35,000 in the past two years and became the seed money for the electronic marquee
