Eligibility & Enrollment
Families
that have children 4 years of age by October 15th, who are not
eligible for Head Start, or do not attend a private pre-school are
encouraged to fill out an application.

are available at each neighborhood elementary school in the
Scottsbluff Public School District. To

Application
The application must be completed by the parent or legal guardian
of the child. Other documents needed in addition to the
application include; a state certified birth certificate
(with a raised seal), a physician completed physical, and current
immunization records. All of these documents are required
prior to the first day of school.
Parents
will also be required to complete a free/reduced lunch application
as entrance into the pre-school program is based on financial
need.
A sliding payment scale will be utilized in determining the fee for
the pre-school program.
