Elementary Registration

Elementary registration for the 2009/2010 has been adjusted due to the construction projects over the summer. Lincoln Heights, Longfellow and Westmoor Elementary registration will be at alternate locations. Please remember to bring an original birth certificate with a raised seal and updated immunization records. Kindergarten students must also have a completed vision and physical exam (for kindergarten only). A complete schedule for each elementary school registration is listed below:

Lake Minatare: Call Karen Johnson, Principal, at 436-7898

Lincoln Heights: Registration will take place at the East Stadium located on 2512 2nd Avenue.August 17th-August 19th: 8:00-11:30; 1:00-3:30p.m.
August 20th: 1:00-3:30p.m.
August 21st: 8:00-11:30; 1:00-3:30p.m.

Longfellow: Longfellow registration is at the Roosevelt Elementary Library, located at 1306 9th Avenue. Please enter the front doors of the Roosevelt Elementary and you will be directed to the library.
August 17th-August 19th: 9:00-12:00; 1:00-3:30p.m.
August 20th: 1:30-3:30p.m.
August 21st: 9:00-12:00; 1:00-3:30p.m.
