The 2009-2010 school year is just around the corner. Please note that the Senior High students will start school earlier than preschool, elementary and middle school. The first day for Senior High students is August 24th, and the first day for preschool, elementary and middle school is September 8th. Here are some important dates to remember:

The Ice Cream Social for families will be on Tuesday, September 1,

6:30 p.m.
The Open House is on Thursday, September 10, 2009 at 7:00
p.m.
Lincoln
Heights
An Open House will be
held on Monday, September 17, 2009. Time has been reserved
for students and their parents from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Time has been
reserved for the public from 6:30 until 7:30 p.m.
Longfellow
An Open House will be held on Thursday, September 17th at 6:00
p.m.
Roosevelt
The Back to School Open House
and BBQ will take place on Thursday, September 10, 2009 – 6:00
p.m.
Westmoor
The Open House will be on Monday, September 17, 2009 at 6:00
p.m.
BMS
*New Student Registration: Registration for new BMS students
will be the week of August 17th.
*BMS Open House/Tour for Community: BMS Open House/Tours for
Community will be August 20th from 6:30-7:30 p.m..
*Parent and Student Orientation 2009: Orientation for Bluffs
Middle School students in grades 6-8 will be held September 3,
2009. Students and parents can pick up schedules, and then visit
classrooms and teachers. All groups will meet at the main entrance
to the new middle school location at 601 5th Avenue (Former Aurora
Loan Service facility).
