Attached are the weekly challenges. Please read through the information and on the last page will be a set of 5 questions. You have a choice of what you can do with those questions:
- You can choose to ignore them.
- You can read through them and go over them in your mind
- You can answer them on paper or the computer and keep for your reference throughout the program
- You can answer the questions- send me a copy and I will send you a gift.
Of course you know the best answer would be 3 or 4. If you write down exactly what you want to achieve and post it in a place where you will see it every day. This will help remind you of what you are working towards. The same with the food journal if you place it somewhere where you see it everyday (like the refrigerator) this will help remind you of what kind of food choices you will need to make throughout the day.
I know you are saying I just don’t have time for all of this. This is truly the best way to change some of those habits. This program will help you become aware of what you are eating and what if any kind of exercise you are participating in throughout your day. Remember it doesn’t have to be done perfectly. If you forget a day or two of record keeping, it’s not the end of the world just pick up where you left off and go from there. This program is all about YOU; it’s not about filling in the information so that you can get that incentive gift. It is for you to learn about your health habits and what changes you need to make – one little step at a time.
So please don’t get overwhelmed with this, just do what you can do.
Remember you are worth that little extra time for taking care of yourself.
