2nd Grade Family Fun Night
We had a great turn out. Mrs. Howard’s class had 14 families and Mrs. Thruston”s class had 10 families. We had families working together to make the turkey decoration and the snack, which was a turkey cookie. We also sent a new deck of cards to each family in attendance to play games at home and we gave them a list of different games you can play with a deck of cards. Some played the games there, but most took them home because there wasn’t time to play them.

Family Nights
The Fourth grade held their family night on December 4th. The students shared their Gingerbread story with their parents and also read with their parents from a selection of holiday picture books. The highlight of the evening was being able to make a gingerbread home on display near their rooms. Students and parents used an empty milk carton covered with graham crackers to form the house and then decorated with a variety of candies, pretzels, marshmallows, and etc.
Mrs. Craig and Ms. Cacciavillani were pleased with the large turnout for family night. We enjoyed the students sharing and reading with their parents. The magnificent houses that were created are an enjoyable sight outside our doors. Thank you for making Fourth Grade Family Night a SUCCESS!
